That dirt should grow better than 130 bu corn. But geez, your p and k is really low (I'm no soil scientist either), compared to some of my tests. I did buy a farm that was in crp for 20 years (and poorly farmed before that). It took me 7 years to get p up to just acceptable. Throwing tons at a time isn't the answer either. Manure helped a lot.
