First I’m more concerned with the 2-5 ppm phosphorous tests
The ph’s aren’t horrible especially if you could raise the 5.1. The 5.9 and higher I wouldn’t apply any lime.
High mg lime is way better than doing nothing.
Organic matter is surprisingly good to me for you saying it’s red clay.
