what is the payment hay acres? (alfalfa, grass/alfalfa) is or this a penalty for multicrop rotations and not funding the Corteva/Bayer/sygenta business models they provide for growers to follow and for the government to subsidize.
Hay prices are so high, didn’t want to cause hay growers anymore tax liability.
