We run LT9000s, Fords with Cummins and 9 and 13 speed transmissions.
Everything we own is hard to find parts for or salvage yards are our dealers for parts so all I can say is they built a pile of those L series for a reason, they were cheap and dependable.
I’ve got an L8000, that’s a 10 wheeler and it’s built hell for stout. Been a great truck. Larry Schmidt Truck Parts, in Perryville MO can probably help you. |
