Our problem is that even a small head can go bad before we get it eaten. I ferment a jar of mixed vegetables to keep it from going to waste. Then problem is too much planted in the floating beds in the greenhouse. We also sprout and grow micro greens. I planted 3 pots of pod peas in the floating bed this fall, they are loaded. All are good in stir fry and we keep 3 hens....James
