Next week we'll go back to arguing about how overpriced land is. Risk premium in land has eroded gradually as these ad hoc programs have ballooned.
My largest personal assets are the farm and ethanol. I am not anti farming. Believe it or not, I am more passionate about farming than banking. Part of this passion is genuine concern and honest fear for future generations. This socialist path we are on is not a good one for future generations in my opinion. | |
