Newberry IN | I own a fence company we put up a couple truck loads of wire per year. We have found the 12" for sheep and goats is almost better than 6" for sheep cause if they do get a leg or head in it they can usually pull it back out easily on 12" I would recommend 13 48 12 fix knot high tensile woven wire. We use dewalt staples guns for a little bit but they did not hold up more than 3 or 4 months but we used them every day so dewalt would probably work if not over used they tend to heat up if you use them for 6 or 8 hours straight. We currently use milwaukee staple guns and I got one for 2 years now and it has been trouble free. Another issue with the dewalts is there staples will pull out like butter after a couple years milwaukee staples seem to hold up better. If you are doing woven get a good stretcher board to tighten your wire we use strainrite stretching boards I can help you source one if you are interested in getting one they are a day saver .three point unrollers are okay but they don't work the best for 660 ft rolls but it's manageable. If you need help with anything else my email is in my profile we sell fence material so I could help you out with that to. | |
