We have an Eureka E10s.
The key to it is if it works, don't update it. Also don't be afraid to return or warranty it.
Won't replace a normal upright vacuum, won't replace a mop, its sorta like a fuller brush with a vacuum dragging a wet rag behind it. It will "maintain" the level of clean, but it would take a few months to improve it.
