If you own 6000 acres of crop land that is paid for you have made a sheet ton of money in the last several yrs to draw from so buying a 12k per acre farm is no big deal. Like 4020 said, "if you plan on paying for it with the crop" it will take you every penny the farm will gross for 20 yrs to make the payments.
