Seems like the IH and Case merger, except in this case Honda is IH with Tenneco money, and Nissan is Case with IH money, doesn't seem like Honda stands to gain a thing from this and lots to lose.
Some feel the Japanese government is forcing Honda to help out, as bankruptcy would bring great shame to the country.
