Coles County, Illinois | On my 1992 Hardi I have a Boom main valve is a 3 way that dumps all flow back to the tank. It appears you don't have that valve. I assume the black rectangular box is the pressure control and you have boom control switching all the section valves on and off. With reflow valves the green knob under each section needs to be open enough to match up with the size of nozzles in that section so that when that valve closes the same amount of liquid reflows back into the tank. Ideally when one changes nozzle sizes one would watch the total boom pressure and adjust the green nob so that when one closes a section the pressure remains the same. Since you have an automatic controller one would have to keep the controller from adjusting the pressure while calibrating the reflow.
If there's a main valve I don't see then something else is at issue. Do you have self cleaning filter? Does the problem go away if you run at a lower rpm? | |
