PNW | Thanks all for the feedback. The system as currently plumbed doesn't make much sense to me either. The water pipe fittings make me think someone has "customized" it after it's original life as a mower tractor. When I took these pictures, I also pulled the priority valve pack fully off the lift cover and will go over it with a finer tooth comb when time allows.
