| I actually got my wife a scrub brush, bucket and other cleaning supplies one year. She got kind of upset. I didn't help any when I told her I got her the fancy gloves because I loved her!
I was lucky family was there because she wasn't going to give me the chance o bring out the real gift!
I didn't mean to imply that my wife is lazy. She does most of the house work.
She has had a few back surgeries, hip and knee surgery etc. Some days are just painful, although she hardly ever says so.
We used to do the dinner and movie thing for Christmas and Birthdays. I thought that was a good solution.
Then it got so she didn't ever feel like going.
It just doesn't work when I am trying to get her to go for our Christmas outing and we have passed Valentines day and her birthday. | |
