| In Illinois, if you haul to a river terminal, you will need DOT# and UCR, even if you are a straight truck, let alone a semi, regardless if it is your own grain. The DOT # is free and the UCR is cheap. Just a lot of paperwork and compliance involved. Now license and insurance that is another story entirely. | |
