In my experience most the ARM based SBCs aren't going to have quite enough horsepower to run WSJT-X without a high load average. The Raspberry Pi 5 may well be the exception. I don't have one as I don't have a need. An Rpi 4 may do the job so long as not much else is running on it. An i5/i7 based laptop or desktop would be a much better choice, IMO.
