I always thought those long low loads were high risk.
This may have been the truck and trailer first load to that site, even if he was load 100.
Probably the driver thought he was good to go around the corner and a car moved, blocking his path. The car behind him probably was right on him also.
Now what do you do? Can't go forward, can't backup, and can't sit there.
