SW Iowa | Rockauto or Amazon probably cheapest sources to get authentic parts. I'd stay away from ebay due to counterfeits, and be careful of 3rd party sellers if buying from Amazon (sold by Amazon should be ok).
Unless there are year-to-year differences, Aisin TKT026 should be the complete kit that includes belt, hydraulic tensioner, both idler pulleys, and water pump. Water pump drives off the timing belt so it's generally recommended to replace it at the same time due to the labor involved if it ever failed later... once you're there it's just the 6(?) bolts that hold the water pump in to swap it. Takes about a gallon of coolant if you don't do a full flush; Zerex Asian is good and readily available from most auto parts stores if you stick with phosphated / silicate free like OEM.
