They can be shipped, even by air. About 10-15 years ago, my in-laws were shipping Collie pups all over the U.S. Most were around 8-10 weeks of age and taken to the airport with an approved crate purchased by the buyer.
Depends on how much you want to spend on getting one. I'm sure he can get one to you somehow. |
