Texas | The one way doors are a good idea , they push open from the inside . There’s some that alert the FD . Law enforcement will beat us there to secure the scene . I go to what’s called a cowboy church, we have 2-3 fellows standing at the front door . Very obvious they are armed .
We have the one way doors in case of fire . Only way in is through the front .
Law enforcement and Fire would sure rather go to a false alarm than someone hurt or shot .
Might call local Law and Fire and see what you need to get
Set up to have automatic call .
I don’t know about everywhere , but here law enforcement is going if we do .
There are codes you have to follow . You probably have a fire marshal he can tell you the right way .
Before you get going call local or county and get his # and give him a call .
As far as I know one way doors still pass . That would be a question for my chef or my son .
I’m not great on the laws surrounding that . | |
