south central IL | Ok. What I still don’t get is 1891 tells me that there are two costs that I can control and then tells me to cut one of them to pay the other one. I just don’t understand that. I realize that there’s fat to cut and very few operations couldn’t cover more acres with the equipment and manpower they already have, but land cost is still hard to control. He says that I should be more efficient so that I can pay more for land but that I shouldn’t bid up land just so I can farm more.
