Amen. My wife and I are living on farm that her grandfather bought back in the late 40s. House we live in was built in 48. $4000. He bought the land for $75/acre. My brother owns the land my great grandfather bought. DONT know exact timeframe but thinking in 20s. My grandfather farmed it. Then dad and now my brother. My son farms and helps both of us. Hoping one of my grandkids will take it over some day.
