| After every one of these events people come out of the woodwork "oh yeah, we all thought that guy (girl) would do that". So many red flags and signals being missed. I don't have an answer for that. Red flag laws are too easy to abuse, we can't preemptively lock people up, very hard to force counseling. The "ban guns" thing doesn't work where they have short of 100% confiscation. There are no good or easy answers for acrions who's cause refuses to be acknowledged by many. Evils exists.
