It's going to be a tough sell, all that infrastructure is quite dated, 40+ years old? I was on the place 10+ years ago and it's unreal how neglected and run down things were. It's neat to see the irrigation setup and the sheer size of everything but it needs some serious tlc. Impressive unit all together like that though
