You have no machinery cost, no land cost (not even taxes for owned free and clear land), no personal living cost
Never understood why people add personal expenses in, if you or a spouse had a job to cover living expenses, the farm won't have to cover them. That's good time management.
My wife and I both have jobs, those jobs pay taxes, land expenses, and living expenses. Allows a farm to run much leaner.
