Bad news get the views. You realize that most people only post their experiences when they have problems.....Not many of us are going to post a youtube video just to say I got 150,000 trouble free miles out of my car so far.........
+3, there is a saying thot goes something like, 'do a good job and the customer will tell 2 people, do a bad and they will tell 12' comes to mind. And I'm as guilty as anyone, putting up bac reviews a lot more than good ones. |
