A plane for IFR and icing is going to cost you a lot , time to get a license to operate it at a comfortable level could take a year or two ( unless you go to a 90 day wonder school ) . I enjoy flying and punching holes in the sky, but if I want to go somewhere far , fast , cheap and safe I fly commercial!
