Kind of the problem with crypto.
About anyone can start a currency, and the early mining is pretty easy.
Mature crypto’s get to the point they don’t grow any more, virtually mined out.
New ones are exciting and inflationary.
Old ones become stable and dull.
So…. What is the future of them, does mature and dull and stable lose investors and deflate? As people chase down new exciting inflating versions?
It just seems like a very odd make believe place to put one’s assets.
Using a lot of electricity along the way to produce nothing tangible.

The future of mature crypto is to be traded in fractions and thus the so called “fixed” maximum amount of a coin is actually a fallacy it seems. |
