No ideas on what to charge for the fill dirt.


Also not sure why you would bury manure under the topsoil.   IMO, put the top soil back on and then put the manure on top, then chisel plow or rip to work it in.


As for what to expect, it will take a long time for that ground to produce as well, after it gets tore up and compacted, as it does now.  Honestly, it might not ever be as good as it is now after it is disturbed.

6 years ago I took fill dirt off of a small area of a field.   Top soil was stripped off, hauled clay out for fill and then put the top soil back.   Ground has been ripped a couple times and had manure every year since.     You can see it plain as day with the naked eye looking at the crop and it most definitely shows up on the yield maps.     Its getting better slowly but the first couple years were really really bad yield hits.  Like less than half a crop type of yield hit.
