Full Disclosure... 50 KM baseline....top-end receivers

25 mile radius, which is prudent...below is talking about absolute accuracy...repeatability will not be off this much.

AI Overview - "RTK GPS accuracy of 1 mm per km" means that for every kilometer away from the base station, the accuracy of the RTK GPS signal degrades by approximately 1 millimeter; essentially, the further you are from the base station, the slightly less precise your location data will be, with the degradation rate being 1 millimeter per kilometer.

top-end receivers - Today's consumer-equipment's accuracy is around horizontally 4m to 6mm, whereas CORs around 3mm; years ago, CORs was similar in specs to today's higher-end consumer equipment.  I highly doubt CORs grade equipment is being used.  They most likely are using a Choke Ring GNSS antenna, which prices range from $1,000.00(US) to over $7,000.00(US), and mostly likely using a top-end consumer grade GNSS receiver that cost less than $1,000.00(US)...when buying in bulk, lower prices, btw.  A decent home built setup is around $1,200.00(US), but an ISP or cell-tower service will be needed.
