| I am not real thrilled with Grinnell either.
I had a claim with them 7 years ago and was very happy with the way things went.
I had 2 wagons roll away this this fall, about 4 days apart.
The adjuster came out the morning I called the second one in. Great service I thought. I bought the second one figuring I could use the 2 wagons to make one so I withdrew the claim on the first one..
The check came a couple weeks later for .50 on the dollar and no one returns my calls or emails.
I guess they think it is not enough to hire a lawyer over.
I got a call last night stating they would give me another check from my agent. Oddly enough I got a letter today stating the same. No check in the letter though.
They never once communicated with me once they esent out the short check, only got info second hand from my agent.
