A guy who buys stalk bales isn’t going to offer his manure up to spread on someone else’s land.
Several guys in our area buy stalks from neighbors, sell manure to neighbors, or trade manure for stalks with neighbors..  As a livestock producer this makes sense since you need to also keep in mind the effects of salt buildup in the soil from manure.  Perhaps if you got experience with manure and baling stalks you would understand the dynamic better.
