| Your probably in the "right" however you will never recoup enough to pay lawyer and all the other associated costs and BS, went through a similar situation on 2 quarters, I "won" the case but didn't even recoup my lawyer costs, so like I said I "won" more than the other party but the real "winners" were the lawyers, sometimes I think the two lawyers are talking on the back side saying hey I got a house payment to make and the other one says yeah I have this boat payment to make lets milk these suckers out for all its good so we both get our payments made!! | |
