Some producers have already received their benefits from the government. Any producer that had an FSA guaranteed loan and is delinquent or might be delinquent now has the opportunity to have that payment or payments forgiven. Poof! Gone! Now up to date!
Government decided they would help out the over extended and delay the inevitable for another year or 2.
