| I used Farmworks for 20 +/- years until it changed hands and effectively disappeared. Spent the next winter demoing a variety of packages.
I ended up going with Easyfarm, just finishing with year 4. Took awhile to get used to the different coding thought processes but it's now second nature.
It was written by and for farmers and has some of the best customer support I've ever dealt with. It's also machine based, no cloud nonsense here.
One time the tech needed to remotely log into my machine to fix a section of code and he started laughing, I ashed why?. He said "clearly you come from
the Apple world because you have your home screen set up just like a MAC." True, accounting and Finpack are all I have on my PC. | |
