I'm sorry, I phrased that wrong. That's the premium on top of the other premium(s) they give us. I don't remember everything (many variables and the contracts keep changing), but you get the base premium, I think more of a premium if you have a contract (which I do), I think $9/head sold if you use all of their approved meat quality genetics. I think they still give a premium for year round producers vs. seasonal. All in all, the price I sold the last load for was like $1.07/lb. carcass.
