Iowa - Floyd County | You're right in the general area. It's about straight north of the airport. There's some pretty rough ground in that area like you said. Don't know who the buyer was but there's a couple pretty big farm operations up that way and a large Mennonite presence. I paid a lot more than that for similar CSR ground that I bought last year, doesn't have the drainage issues this piece does but I bet its a decent farm if they can work that out, mine sure is. | |
