some land in lyon county mn sold on october 30th. an 80 brought 12700 per acre and 150 acre piece brought 13150 per acre. From what i can tell a new record high for that area. 2 different local farm families purchased it. I saw only farmers bidding on those that day but definitely local farmers bought it
