Granted those farms definitely have their problems for sure. They are definitely cheap enough. And doubt they actually sold. Looks like down the road a few miles to the west there's another 1/4 for sale. Think it sold in the 6-7 dollar corn era for about 11-12. And now it's for sale again. |
