Acrevalue estimated that the value of that land was roughly $7900/ac and it sold for $7700/AC so it appears to be pretty close to the actual market in that part of Iowa.
If your using that website to value land your really out of touch with reality. It’s not even in the ballpark. Just had some sort of blanket value per county or assigned to everything
