Acrevalue value estimates are a joke.
$8740/acre is the value that Acrevalue had on that the ground Zomer sold today for $23,000-24,000 . Someone included the link up above in this thread.
No development potential at all. Just ground to chop silage off of and for manure to go on. 3 parcels, 3 different buyers.
