Pittsburg, Kansas | I am just guessing, but it could have to do with the routing. The internet routing and nothing to do with AgTalk.
The first time you go to a web site it has to figure out how to get there. Once it learns it optimized the route???? I noticed this while in Indonesia. The first attempt at an American web site might take longer. Then it would happen faster from then on till another day.
That is probably BS. Someone will come along shortly and give the correct information. | |
