ncks | We got a machine this spring did some testing in corn over the top with 50 gal at the same time we y dropped and saw a significant yield increase. I don’t have the info in front of me ill get back with it.
Ya that stuffs funny and I haven’t quite figured it out yet. We cut some sudan and when the 2nd cutting was about half grown I went out there and did 120’ strips with the sprayer at 20, 30, 40, 50, and 0 gal and not once could you see any difference anywhere not even side by side between 50gal (100 pds N) and 0.
Its a technology thats young but I think they’re on to something. Plants dont react to it like regular N and you can NOT approach it like its regular N. Whats that mean idk but we’re figuring it out.
I’d like to run side by side comparison between fall nh3 and GL
And then replace it with our 32 on the planter side by side
And then replace it with our 32 when we y drop side by side
And do side by side of our regular program and total GL N placement.
I wonder if theres certain growth stages plants respond better.
Probably the one thing I like about it is I have yet to kill anything with it LOL
