With some work looks like could be a good farm the sustainability ratings on it was decent for the money can't buy land in south east north dakota for this amount
We had a land sale in NW ND 3 weeks ago go for 4500 acre or about 4800 per tillable. About 2k above the previous high last year. I'd rather buy that stuff in IA for 6500 and 8500 and put some money into improvements. |
