Cancelled ours few years ago. Told rep I would pay what it was worth to me, $20 a month, no more. He thought I meant a 20 discount, kept saying he could do that, if I signed up for 48 months, blah, blah, blah.
Finally, after my 3rd time saying nope, $20/month, he caught on, and HE LAUGHED AT ME!
