| When i cancelled Directv a couple years ago, I called to cancel and the guy started in on his lower rates spiel and I stopped him and said "Look, Ive made up my mind. I can get more channels at half the price streaming, so Iam not keeping Directv no matter what you say. I know you're just doing your job and have certain things your supposed to offer me to get me to stay, but Iam not going to. So let just save both of us some time and just cancel it."
He Paused and said "well ok then, consider it canceled". It was that simple
I did have to box up the dvr and send it back. | |
