So I'll bet the price of lunch (probably fish and chips, just guessing) that they will write the law so that if its a dually or comes as a chassis cab from the factory it won't incur the car tax rate and the loophole will remain open. Get yourself a nice flatbed or order a regular bed separately and you've just cheated the system again
