You might be interested in this guy. I have never listened to him before tonight with this presentation. I do not promote what he is saying as I have no history or experience with him. But he is saying some things that are pretty much opposite of conventional dietary wisdom.

I would estimate about 95-99% of average people will disagree with most if not all what he says.


Good stuff. A few quick Google searches back up everything he says. My personal experience tends to agree as well.

I have been searching for several months for the link between carbohydrate intake and vitamin C requirements to no avail. He explains it perfectly.
