Case installed a cheap module: Telit Cinterion PLS8-X 4G/LTE/3G Cat 3 LGA Module
which only does
Band 2 (1900 MHz), Band 3 (1800 MHz), Band 4 (AWS: 1700/2100 MHz), Band 5 (850 MHz), Band 8 (900 MHz), Band 13 (700 MHz), Band 17 (700 MHz)
and has Carrier Approvals for AT&T, Verizon
So VZW's statement is false: "The phone associated with the Device ID you entered is not compatible with the Verizon Wireless network" since it is on the Verizon network.
CASE's subscription may be the issue....which won't terminate until 2028 | |
