Here is one from a neighbor that s been in their family for generations. 8 bushels of apples, 17 lbs of brown sugar[ can include some white sugar ] 7 ounces of cinamon. We did this with 2 bushels and cut the sugar and cinamon down. Going to make some but on the stove, L dont have anybody to help stir ! Ron
