There is common drink in northern Germany where I worked called “Apfelkorn”. 1 part cider or clear apple juice with a half part sparkling mineral water and half part grain vodka (called Weizenkorn, national drink of Schleswig-Holstein)
Far too easy to drink.
I’m sure fireball would be good as well though the sparkling water really lightens it up
